Apple Office have Fully Comprehensive Maintenance Agreements to cover all labour, service, all parts, telephone support (during office hours), preventative maintenance, (except inks, masters and paper). We charge according to the Machine type and yearly volume.

Copiers/Printers - copy click - what is it?

The Customer pays a cost per copy which we collect quarterley in arrears from the meter on the machine. The "copy click" covers you for all call outs, labour, service, toner and all parts (except paper and staples).
